Joshua Alexander Castillo Valdés, was born in the province of Chiriquí, in Panama, on December 5th 1993 (19 years old). Also known as DJ MCQU33N, is a Dj/electronic music producer who stands out in the genre of: Dutch house, electro house and progressive house.
Since his early years he was attracted to electronic music. He showed a great preference for this genre and that’s how his passion for music started out. But it wasn’t until 2004 that he listened to Tiësto’s “In my Memory” album for the first time, which helped him out to continue awakening his passion for the genre. Ever since,  Tiësto has been a huge inspiration, because of his trajectory in electronic music.

In mid 2007, at the age of 14, he had his first shot as a crossover dj in a local radio station. It’s there that he was given the chance to record  the jingle of the station, which marked his way of thinking and what he wanted to pursue in his life.

Even with these happenings, he still had doubts, since he liked electronic music, but he didn’t have the expertise and musical knowledge. Thus, he put on hold that for a few years and started to experiment with other genres. But it wasn’t until 2012 that he decided to produce electronic music for good.

In 2012, he met a lot of people in the business, and one of them was responsible for most of his improvement in the electronic genre. In early 2013, he releases his first track “Euphoric” under a Colombian label (Melodic Records).

At present, he studies musical production in the Ene Audio Institute in Bogota, Colombia and works as a Dj/Producer of electronic music.
